Carers Leeds
The main carers’ service in the Leeds area is provided by Carers Leeds. They offer one-to-one support for carers of autistic adults and also run regular support groups across the city. Here’s how you can get in touch with them:

Carers’ drop-ins
- Lovell Autism Hub – second Tuesday of every month from 5pm to 6.30pm. This group is run by Carers Leeds – it is not happening right now due to the Coronavirus pandemic
- Carers Leeds do run a monthly Zoom group for parents, carers and partners of autistic adults in Leeds (aged 16+) on the third Thursday of every month from 1:30pm-2:30pm. Email Elaine at Elaine.Wilkes@carersleeds.org.uk for details of how to join
- Aspergers Carers Support Group – last Thursday of every month. Held at Carers Leeds, 6-8 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 6PT. Times are between 10.30am and Noon. Ring 0113 246 8338 to see if it’s definitely going ahead beforehand – this group isn’t currently running at the moment due to the Coronavirus pandemic
